About The Role & Team

We are seeking a Manager, Performance Marketing to lead our data-driven acquisition and performance strategies across iCasino and Online Sports Betting brands. This is a high-impact, role focused on maximizing media efficiency, scaling acquisition efforts, and driving measurable business growth across regulated markets in the U.S. and Canada.

About The Work

Develop strategies to segment and target new customers across our 5 products
Responsible for running CPI and CPA user acquisition campaigns within all major social platforms
Define audience strategies and make and align creative with audiences to maximize impact
Manage significant media spend across acquisition channels.
Provide thought leadership on best practice user acquisition and conversion tactics.
Working closely with the Marketing and acquisition team, you’ll work hand in hand with creative, product and analytics to drive acquisition of users for Penn’s products
Other duties as required.

About You

Bachelor’s degree, a focus on analytics or finance preferable.
5+ years of experience building and managing digital campaigns at scale and responsible for significant media budgets on social platforms
Experience with attribution platforms and MMPs (i.e. AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.)
Experience w/ mobile acquisition strategies and operational best practices, including custom audiences, lookalikes, etc.
Understand how to build proper account and campaign structures to optimize performance for specific ad platforms
Experience collaborating cross-functionally, working with designers and product teams.
Great attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Smartly preferred.
