Job Description:
Seeking a dynamic marketing analytics consultant to drive growth, build relationships across entities, and contribute to impactful business development. This role involves collaboration with solution builders, engagement with entity heads, and creation of compelling materials for effective client communication. Responsibilities include conducting client workshops and discovering/scoping marketing analytics problems. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with a passion for marketing and business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to meet organisational goals by aligning strategies across various entities.
- Lead all activities across prospecting, nurturing and converting new logos, with special attention to leads generated through Databricks partnership.
- Facilitate, lead, and conduct client workshops (preferably) at client locations.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including entity leaders, growth teams, and pre-sales teams, to promote solutions and foster collaboration.
- Collaborate with solution builders and marketing teams to create compelling content such as presentations, one-pagers, thought leadership pieces, and visual assets to support GTM strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying and prioritising opportunities for engagement and partnership.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth within target markets and customer segments.
- Provide tools, resources, and messaging frameworks to enable effective conversations with clients and prospects, facilitating the sales process.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing analytics and analytics consulting.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies and client engagement.
- Familiarity with Databricks and its application in marketing analytics solutions.

- Ability to lead client workshops and facilitate strategic discussions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and solutioning.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving growth and identifying new opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
