FullStack Software Engineer (no c2c)

Job Title: Software Engineer (Python, Node, React)

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking full-Stack Engineers to join a dynamic team working on custom software development projects aimed at enhancing our client's business operations. Each project will have unique objectives, and engineers may transition between projects as priorities shift. This role provides a great opportunity to work on impactful projects while utilizing modern tech stacks and cutting-edge AI/ML technologies. All applicants must be able to be our direct W2 employee (no third parties, no 1099). These are salaried, fully benefited positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop software items outlined in the product backlog, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with the team to refine user stories and drive out detailed acceptance criteria when requirements are not fully defined.
• Regularly review project progress with the account team to ensure value delivery and efficient team structure.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design, architecture, and configuration.
• Develop, execute, and automate unit tests to ensure software quality.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with the existing engineering team and conduct knowledge transfer upon project completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years with Node.Js, React, Python, Java, AWS
• Familiarity with using AWS services like S3, Lambda, Aurora Postgres, and API Gateway.
• Preferred is experience with AWS Sagemaker and AI/ML technologies.
