We are looking Creative Associate – Design & Media to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy crafting compelling visual experiences through design, photography, and video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for digital marketing, branding, social media, and print collateral.
• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content.
• Perform photo editing, retouching, and color correction.
• Create basic motion graphics and animations where required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful creative assets.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant professional certifications and an exceptional portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Figma is preferred.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and branding.
• Good knowledge of photo editing and video post-production workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in photography and videography.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
• Awareness of current design and digital content trends.

Preference will be given to candidates based in Kochi or those willing to commute to Kochi as required. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
