Our multinational client is hunting for a highly-experienced marketing operations pro to play an instrumental role in designing & delivering a comprehensive new governance model and improving cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll work really closely with a newly-installed SVP for Brand & Communications in developing a cohesive model for global marketing & creative services, including new-look frameworks to better align output, improvements in accountability and more effective project management. Your remit will span process design, legal compliance across campaigns & content, product oversight and, naturally, plenty of internal stakeholder engagement to boot.
To fit the bill, you’ll be an accomplished marketing pro with particular depth of expertise in growth or demand generation contexts. You’ll definitely have a background in B2B marketing operations, gained either in-house or in agency environments, and plenty of experience working cross-functionally. You should be totally switched on to a range of project management tools and other systems but with the credibility & creativity to recommend new ideas, too.
We’re looking for a mature head, a seasoned interim professional who is entirely at home working with C-suite & leadership but also has plenty of patience while consensus is built internally.
This fully-remote, interim assignment will run for an initial 3-month term, starting as soon as possible. It is open to candidates based in the US, UK, or Europe and the day rate for this role is £750-£850.
