What You'll Do
As our Marketing Growth Lead, you’ll own and optimize our marketing channels—email, social, YouTube, blog, and press—turning traffic into loyal followers and measurable revenue. Your responsibilities include:
- Plan and manage the marketing calendar and roadmap.
- Oversee email, blog, and social performance, ensuring consistent publishing.
- Write and edit scripts, subject lines, and campaign copy.
- Track and analyze metrics across channels using GA4 and Klaviyo, providing actionable insights.
- Align content and conversion goals with SEO and e-commerce teams.
- Manage agencies and freelancers for content and creative execution.
Skills
- Proficient in GA4: event tracking, UTM setup, funnel reporting.
- Skilled in Klaviyo: flow setup, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Strong ability to pull and interpret channel metrics (traffic, CTR, conversion, ROI).
- Fluent in Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio Analytics.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills under deadlines.
- Experienced in Google Search Console and keyword performance tracking.
- Basic familiarity with Figma or Canva for creative collaboration.
Experience
- 4+ years managing digital marketing or content operations.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with GA4 and email automation.
- Proven track record of driving traffic and engagement growth.
- Background in travel, media, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
