Graphics Designer

The Tork Inc., a leading software company in Bangladesh specializing in web and mobile app development, AI solutions, and enterprise technologies, is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities

• Graphic Design – Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, presentations, and branding materials.
• Brand Identity – Maintain visual consistency across all company brands, products, and marketing assets.
• Marketing Materials – Design banners, brochures, flyers, pitch decks, advertisements, and other promotional materials for both digital and print media.
• Creative Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing, content, business development, and development teams to produce engaging visual content.
• UI Design Support – Design icons, illustrations, mockups, and UI assets for web and mobile applications when required.
• Content Optimization – Prepare graphics optimized for different digital platforms while ensuring high quality and fast loading performance.
• Design Trends – Stay up to date with the latest design trends, typography, color theory, and creative tools to continuously improve design quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual communication.
• Experience designing for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and print materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working in a software, SaaS, or IT company will be considered a plus.
