The AI Accelerator, driving our current initiative, identifies and develops impactful AI tools to transform Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) operations.

We seek a highly technical and collaborative Project Manager to support the Accelerator Manager in overseeing AI Accelerator initiatives, starting with the Virtual Project Coordinator (VPC) solution.

This role bridges technical teams and end-users, ensuring the VPC solution meets GCC's needs and delivers tangible value.

Please see below the scope of work the TPM will perform:

Technical Project Management

• Manage the overall project plan and timeline for the VPC initiative, ensuring alignment with GCC's goals and priorities
• Coordinate with GCC teams and stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and end-users, to ensure clear communication and collaboration
• Manage sprint plans for development in collaboration with GCC technical teams, helping to accelerate development by ensuring approvals and decisions are made in a speedy manner

Requirements Gathering And Solution Design

• Elicit and document detailed requirements for the VPC solution, working closely with CPMs and other stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with GCC's technology stack
• Build targeted, best-practice assets (e.g., a library of project plans, presentations, emails) for Agentspace to use as a reference, ensuring high quality and relevance to GCC's work

Testing And User Feedback

• Develop and execute user testing plans with CPMs to gather feedback and iterate on the VPC solution
• Analyze user feedback and collaborate with technical teams to implement improvements and address issues

Adoption And Continuous Improvement

• Develop a plan for adoption and continuous improvement of the VPC solution, including metrics, monitoring, and evaluation
• Track and report on the impact of the VPC solution, demonstrating tangible benefits to GCC

What We Are Looking For

Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and best practices.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Experience In Requirements Gathering, User Testing, And Feedback Analysis.

Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies (a plus).

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Ability to start as soon as possible.
