The role:
- Build executive dashboards in Looker/Power BI that refresh hourly, not weekly
- Create AI automations using ChatGPT, Python, and Zapier to automate reporting
- Stitch together GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and ad platforms into unified data warehouses
- Set up real-time monitoring for GA4 and conversion tracking across all major ad platforms
- Surface weekly insights with anomaly alerts and "so-what" action recommendations

Skills and Experience:
Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years owning marketing analytics and RevOps at SaaS, agency, or tech companies
- Fluent with Looker (or Power BI), BigQuery, SQL, and Google Analytics
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM/eCommerce platform integrations
- Experience setting up conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms
- Perfect English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Hands-on experience deploying GPT-4/Claude/agentic workflows in production
- Python or JavaScript skills for data wrangling and API work
- Experience with offline conversion tracking solutions
- Background with Shopify, WooCommerce platforms, and their APIsHigh EQ for partnering across Paid, SEO, Sales, and creative tea
What We Offer:
- US $2,800 – $3,300 / month (full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week)
- 100% remote with US hours overlap required (9 a.m.–5 p.m. PT)
