The Talent Source is proud to partner with a rapidly growing, private equity–backed organization on a Senior Software Engineer search. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll help modernize and scale enterprise systems across a complex SaaS ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions across Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and Python-based services
• Build and optimize enterprise integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release automation
• Drive code quality, testing, and continuous improvement (TDD, refactoring, best practices)
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate delivery
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to bring ideas to life

Core Technical Skills

• Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Lightning)
• NetSuite (SuiteScript, workflows, automation)
• MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
• Python (production-grade services & integrations)
• Strong experience with APIs, SOA, and enterprise integrations
• Familiarity with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake)
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based architectures
