About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and versatile Marketing & Operations Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and streamline operational processes. This is a strategic and hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on execution, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies, managing our digital presence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations that align with company goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Management
- Lead and manage marketing and operations initiatives with full ownership of execution and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align efforts with broader business objectives.
- Oversee continuous development, performance, and optimization of our website.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand-building activities.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to support strategic positioning.
Content & Engagement
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major social media platforms.
- Monitor community engagement and respond across social channels and the website.
- Manage and grow our email marketing list; regularly publish a value-driven e-newsletter.
Website & SEO
- Maintain and update our WordPress website with new content, listings, blogs, and media.
- Ensure website optimization for SEO, mobile responsiveness, performance, and UX.
- Implement SEO best practices to boost organic visibility and rankings.
Operations & Analytics
- Maintain and organize CRM/database systems for leads, clients, and partnerships.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns.
- Use data and trend analysis to guide marketing decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in WordPress, social media platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
- Understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
