Role Description The Adobe Illustrator Web + Print Designer role is a remote position responsible for creating visually compelling designs for both digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing web graphics, banners, and layouts, as well as designing print materials such as brochures, posters, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines. The designer will work closely with consultants and other team members to translate complex IT concepts into clear visual assets for presentations, proposals, and online content. Responsibilities also include preparing files for production, ensuring consistency across all materials, and collaborating on design concepts that support TSQ’s marketing and communication goals. The role requires regular communication with distributed team members and adherence to project timelines in a remote work environment.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Illustration and Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to create detailed and scalable graphics for web and print.
• Proficiency in Drawing and Painting to support concept development, sketching, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, typography, color theory, and brand-consistent visual systems.
• Hands-on experience designing for both web (UI elements, social media assets, online ads) and print (flyers, brochures, posters), including preparing print-ready files.
• Familiarity with additional design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, XD or Figma) is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret briefs, work independently in a remote setting, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and print design work; experience in B2B, technology, or consulting environments is a plus.
• Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
