All their products are ethically made and manufactured, and they are committed to sustainability practices.
Our client is growing fast and looking for a Brand Marketing Director to lead the way. If you can own the brand voice, build scroll-stopping content, and bring influencer strategy to life, you might just be the one.
What You’ll Own:
- Brand and Creative Direction: Define our visual identity and campaign storytelling across organic + paid
- Social Media, Content Strategy: Run our Instagram + TikTok-UGC, BTS, drops, and curated creator content
- Influencer Strategy, Creator Management: Lead gifting, build creator partnerships, and keep our brand on the right feeds
- Email/SMS: Oversee Klaviyo and Attentive campaigns with performance + aesthetic in sync
- Paid Ad Collab: Partner with ad teams to keep creatives fresh, on-brand, and high-converting
You Are:
- 1–8 years into your brand/content journey at a high-performing fashion or beauty brand
- Deeply creative and strategic, with a sharp eye and sharp instincts
- A doer, a planner, and a storyteller, comfortable leading others and executing
- Fluent in Klaviyo, Attentive, and content that actually converts
- Experienced with influencer gifting, shoot planning, and managing a content calendar
Bonus Points: Experience with cult DTC brands like SKIMS, Summer Fridays, Rhode, SET Active, Frankies Bikinis, Odd Mouse, Oh Polly or Refy.
What they offer:
- Full-time remote role with 4x / year travel to Miami with all expenses paid
- Base Salary of $60K-$120K plus bonus, depending on experience with 1099
