About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Lead Generation & Growth Marketing to drive our multi-channel lead generation strategy across paid advertising, SEO, recruitment marketing, analytics, campaign design, and emerging technologies. This senior leader will play a pivotal role in accelerating our talent acquisition efforts and overall organizational growth at the intersection of K-12 education and healthcare services.
This role is ideal for a high-performing marketing and recruitment operator who understands how to turn strategy into scalable execution. You bring experience in high-growth environments, deep analytical capabilities, and a passion for building smart, modern, results-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive lead generation strategy across digital, programmatic, organic, and partnership channels.
- Oversee performance marketing (paid search, display, social) and SEO optimization to attract high-quality leads (clinical talent and client prospects).
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Clinical leadership to align strategies and drive measurable results.
- Build and manage recruitment marketing campaigns, landing pages, and nurturing funnels to increase candidate conversions.
- Evaluate and deploy technologies and tools that improve visibility, tracking, segmentation, and lead engagement.
- Build and lead a small but high-impact team of marketers, analysts, and campaign specialists.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for lead generation and brand exposure.
- Drive a test-and-learn culture with strong performance tracking, KPI dashboards, and attribution models.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years in a senior lead generation, performance marketing, or recruitment marketing role.
- Proven track record in designing and executing digital strategies that generate measurable results.
- Experience in a growth-oriented, multi-site organization—ideally in healthcare, education, staffing, or high-scale service environments.
- Strong operational background with hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in marketing analytics, KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI tracking.
- Expert in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Curious, modern, and deeply knowledgeable about the latest digital and recruitment trends.
