Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can connect the dots between real estate marketing and personal branding, turning vision into strategy—and strategy into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the overall marketing strategy for the real estate team and the founder’s brand
- Create integrated marketing plans for lead generation, listings, community engagement, and brand visibility
- Set clear KPIs and use data-driven insights to refine efforts
- Manage marketing budgets and campaign ROI tracking
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all platforms
- Guide the positioning of the founder’s personal brand in alignment with team goals
- Oversee social media direction, email marketing, content calendars, and visual branding
- Lead ideation and strategy for content (video, social, blogs, email, print, etc.)
- Plan and direct local and digital marketing campaigns for listings, events, and community involvement
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and local team members to execute plans
- Oversee social media strategies (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Coordinate online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Optimize website presence, SEO, and CRM integration for lead nurturing
Job Qualification:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate or personal brand management
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and leadership experience
- Strong understanding of both local and digital marketing landscapes
- Excellent project management, communication, and creative direction skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ad platforms, and social media analytics
- Bonus: Experience growing a founder-led brand or influencer presence
