As part of our newly launched Creator Growth Division, we are looking for an Account Manager to work directly with creators, optimizing their affiliate programs, audience engagement, and content strategies. This role reports into the Head of Creator Growth and is a key player in helping top-tier influencers thrive in the affiliate space.

About the Role

The Account Manager, Creator Growth + Affiliate Marketing is responsible for managing a portfolio of influencers and digital creators, ensuring they succeed in their affiliate partnerships across platforms like LTK, Amazon Storefront, ShopMy, and MagicLinks.

In this role, you will strategically guide creators, helping them develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, optimize social content, and drive audience engagement. You will also work closely with brand partners and affiliate platforms to ensure that our creators have access to high-converting campaigns and exclusive opportunities.

This is a fast-paced, creator-facing role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and social media expertise.

What You’ll Do

✅ Manage & Optimize Affiliate Programs – Guide a roster of influencers in growing their affiliate revenue across LTK, Amazon, ShopMy, MagicLinks, and beyond.

✅ Develop Tailored Affiliate Growth Strategies – Provide personalized recommendations to creators on content, product curation, and promotional strategies that maximize commissions and engagement.

✅ Monitor & Analyze Performance – Track affiliate sales, engagement metrics, and audience behavior to refine growth strategies and improve conversion rates.

✅ Content Strategy & Execution – Collaborate with creators to develop high-performing short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, Stories) and SEO-optimized captions.

✅ Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with affiliate platform updates, social media algorithm changes, and emerging influencer marketing trends to help creators stay competitive.

✅ Foster Strong Creator Relationships – Act as a trusted advisor to creators, providing ongoing support, education, and insights on best practices in affiliate marketing.

✅ Work Cross-Functionally – Collaborate with the Head of Creator Growth, brand partners, platform reps (LTK, Amazon, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) and internal teams to unlock growth opportunities for creators.

✅ Optimize Engagement & Community Building – Help creators increase audience interaction by refining their content strategies, improving product linking, and maximizing engagement on social channels.

What You Bring to the Table

🔥 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or social media management.

🔥 Hands-on experience working with creators—you understand the creator economy and what drives social commerce.

🔥 Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms (LTK, Amazon Associates, ShopMy, MagicLinks) and how to optimize for conversions.

🔥 Strong social media expertise—you know how to grow audiences on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.

🔥 Proven ability to analyze performance metrics—you can interpret affiliate sales data, engagement rates, and audience insights to make strategic recommendations.

🔥 Exceptional communication & relationship management skills—you can effectively guide and educate creators while collaborating with platform partners.

🔥 A proactive, self-starter mindset—you thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and take ownership of your projects.
