Role Overview
We're specifically looking for a Graphic Designer with hands-on Real Estate Design & Brand experience ā someone who knows exactly what a property launch campaign, a site brochure, or a hoarding needs to communicate. Print is your strength, digital is your support skill.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design real estate print collaterals ā project brochures, newspaper ads, hoardings, flex banners & property catalogues
2. Create launch campaign materials for residential & commercial projects for digital & offline both.
3. Develop brand identities for real estate developers ā logos, brand kits & complete guidelines
4. Design digital creatives ā social media posts, property ads, Meta & Google display banners
5. Produce marketing collaterals for both offline & online channels
6. Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints for each project
Must-Have Skills
ā Real Estate Design Experience ā brochures, hoardings, newspaper ads, property catalogues (must)
ā Expert in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
ā Strong understanding of print production ā bleed, CMYK, DPI, file formats
ā Logo Design, Illustration & Brand Guideline creation
ā Digital Design ā social media creatives, property ad banners, digital campaigns
ā Eye for premium layouts, typography & real estate visual language
ā Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a real estate or marketing agency setup
Big Plus
ā Experience in working on real estate developer projects.
ā Knowledge of 3D renders, walkthroughs or architectural visual integration in designs.
What We're Looking For
A designer whose portfolio has real estate projects ā launches, branding, campaigns ā and who can hit the ground running without being briefed on what a property ad needs to feel like.
We don't want a generalist. We want someone who has already designed for real estate and knows what converts.
