One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for two Sr Product Marketing managers in the B2B SaaS/tech domain. The client is a leading vendor in the agile software development and IT space.
Job Responsibilities:
PMM role 1
- Join the Platform apps and experiences team. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving awareness of the client Cloud Platform, particularly with an administrative/developer technical audience.
- You will also be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns to increase the adoption of Platform apps that come pre-installed with client products, like Jira and Confluence.
- This will require you to be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable with presenting work to leadership and stakeholders, as you will partner closely with Product, Customer Success, and Customer Lifecycle Marketing.
- You’ll be responsible for leading marketing programs across a number of cross-functional teams at client and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout all milestones.
PMM role 2
- This person is responsible for owning and running individual campaigns to drive awareness as part of existing product and GTM strategies across channels, partnering with product management, demand gen, creative, sales, sales enablement and other marketing support teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with core PM counterparts, create GTM launch plans for product releases and execute, analyze performance and make strategic recommendations based on data for how to proceed.
- Create sales enablement artifacts (battlecards, sales plays) and customer-facing collateral (web pages, pitch decks, blogs).
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; and summarizing data and trends.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise audience, IT industry experience a plus.
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder management, marketing strategy, product marketing, Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Suite, Slack, Confluence, Jira
- Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
Duration: 7-9 months with potential extension and contract to hire
Location: 100% remote in USA, but must work PT hours
Compensation: $85hr -104.00hr
