The Sage Group’s client, a cloud storage and file-sharing service, is searching for a Senior Product Designer. This role will be focused on crafting excellent experiences for our client’s customers to organize and interact with their content. You'll collaborate closely with many partner teams to craft seamless end-to-end journeys that touch almost every aspect of the brand’s experience.

You will be partnering with the Growth Product & Design Lead to support execution on their roadmap for User Onboarding experiences. You will officially report to the Design Manager, but the day-to-day prioritization input and guidance will come from partnering with the Growth Design Lead.

Responsibilities:

Partner with PM and User Research to define, test, iterate, and oversee the execution of our client’s in-product experiences for monetization. Includes:
Free and paid plan experiences
In-product tracking of feature usage
Upgrade and downgrade experience
Partner with GTM & Content Design to define all communications related to free and paid experiences
Work with the Growth engineering team to continuously understand constraints and ensure feasibility
Work with other product designers to define visual systems for monetization that fit with overall design system on all surfaces
Partner with product & design partners to define flows and experiences for pricing pages, checkout flows and account management, leveraging existing experiences and systems to design usable and feasible pricing and plans designs that are in-line with branding
Deliver onboarding experiences in-line with high bar for quality and design standard.

Requirements:

14+ years of UX-related work experience
Clear, compelling presentation and communication style.
Steadfast empathy for our users, a burning curiosity in their lives and problems
Excellent product design interaction design skills including experience with prototyping.
Demonstrated skills for collaborating closely with other designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders across organizational boundaries.

Pay rate: $78 - $83.50/hr
