Full-Time Employment Role | $120-140,000 | Remote, US

A Sage Group client—an innovative SaaS company helping finance teams automate invoice processing for more than 600,000 users across 50+ countries—is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate digital performance across North America.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a strong digital marketer who can balance strategic leadership with tactical execution. You will help shape the North American digital marketing roadmap, translate business goals into measurable programs, and partner closely with global digital experts, regional stakeholders, and external agencies to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, proactive communicator who can bring clarity to complex priorities, influence stakeholders at all levels, and continually optimize performance across the full customer journey.

What You’ll Do

Lead NORAM Digital Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and lead the North American digital marketing strategy, aligning channel investments, campaign plans, and performance targets to broader go-to-market and revenue objectives.
  • Own the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of full-funnel digital campaigns across SEO, SEM/SEA, paid social, programmatic, retargeting, and emerging channels.
  • Translate business priorities, market opportunities, and audience insights into integrated digital programs that generate awareness, engagement, demand, and pipeline.
  • Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences; communicate performance, insights, risks, and recommendations to marketing and business leaders.
  • Use data to identify growth opportunities, improve ROI, optimize budget allocation, and build a culture of continuous testing and learning.
  • Evaluate new channels, formats, audiences, and technologies, developing thoughtful test plans and scaling successful programs.
  • Monitor the U.S. B2B SaaS landscape, competitor activity, customer behavior, and emerging ad-tech trends to inform strategy.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication

  • Serve as a strategic connector between North American marketing stakeholders and global digital specialists, ensuring shared priorities and seamless execution.
  • Turn high-level business goals into clear campaign briefs, channel strategies, project plans, and actionable requirements for internal and external partners.
  • Lead regular performance reviews and planning discussions, delivering concise, compelling narratives that make complex data easy to understand and act upon.
  • Build strong relationships with regional marketing, global digital teams, sales, product marketing, operations, and agency partners.
  • Manage and guide external agencies and vendors, holding partners accountable to performance, timelines, quality standards, and strategic priorities.
  • Champion best practices in digital marketing, measurement, audience targeting, campaign operations, and stakeholder communication.

Own Website & Digital Experience Optimization

  • Lead the North American website growth strategy, including content prioritization, landing pages, conversion paths, user journeys, and campaign experiences.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to ensure a consistent, high-performing web experience across EMEA and NORAM while adapting programs to local market needs.
  • Monitor website, conversion, UX, and behavioral data to uncover friction points and opportunities across the buyer journey.
  • Prioritize and execute conversion-rate optimization initiatives, including UX audits, A/B tests, personalization opportunities, and landing-page improvements.
  • Contribute to website and marketing technology initiatives that improve performance, scalability, reporting, and customer experience.

What They’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of progressive, hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success developing digital strategy while remaining close to execution, optimization, and campaign operations.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing across SEM/SEO, paid social, programmatic, retargeting, and full-funnel demand generation.
  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to connect digital activity to pipeline, revenue, profitability, and broader business outcomes.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders and clearly communicate recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and move complex projects from strategy through execution.
  • Highly analytical, with experience interpreting campaign, website, and funnel performance data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and website management; WordPress experience is a plus.
  • A strong test-and-learn mindset, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. B2B SaaS market and experience marketing to CFOs, finance leaders, and enterprise buying committees strongly preferred.
  • Experience in AP automation, fintech, or industries such as automotive, trucking, construction, or manufacturing is a plus.
