Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise - B2B SaaS / AI

The Sage Group's client, an AI safety and research company working to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems — with a mission to ensure AI is safe and beneficial for both customers and society — is seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Product Marketing Manager to join their rapidly growing Marketing team.

As a contractor PMM focused on B2B Enterprise, you'll be instrumental in driving launches, admin communications, and sales enablement for the company's Team and Enterprise plans. You'll own execution across a high-velocity portfolio of B2B launches, communications, and GTM collateral, reporting to the Product Marketing Manager on Team and Enterprise. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where new products and features ship constantly and precision in messaging matters.

This role is also ideal for someone passionate about enabling teams to do their best work in service of developing safe and beneficial AI.

Responsibilities:

• Support execution of B2B feature launches, from coordinating with product and engineering teams through post-launch follow-up, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels

• Support international pricing and packaging efforts — coordinating with legal and finance, and ensuring consistency as offerings evolve

• Consolidate and streamline admin-facing communications: draft newsletters, in-app copy, migration guides, and update notices for admins navigating product changes

• Support security and compliance-focused launches by developing clear, technically accurate messaging, FAQs, and positioning for trust and governance features

• Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, competitive battle cards, one-pagers, and demo scripts that help the GTM team articulate the product's differentiation

• Produce narratives and decks for business audiences — translating product capabilities into outcome-oriented stories grounded in customer proof points

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have 4+ years of experience in product marketing, with additional experience in program management, marketing operations, business operations, strategy, or related roles at high-growth technology companies

• Have a demonstrated ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for buyers and IT admins

• Bring strong project management instincts with experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder launches across product, engineering, sales, legal, and customer success teams

• Are a strong writer — able to draft a polished blog post, a crisp admin email, and a detailed migration guide with equal facility

• Have experience creating sales enablement materials: decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks

• Are comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift

• Have familiarity with B2B SaaS concepts: pricing and packaging, identity and access management, compliance frameworks, and admin workflows

Strong candidates may also have:

• Experience with pricing transitions or packaging changes

• Background in security or compliance marketing (SOC 2, FedRAMP, data residency, etc.)

• Experience with AI or developer-facing products

• Hands-on experience with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Figma, and modern GTM stacks

• Prior contractor or consulting experience where you ramped quickly and operated independently

Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert to FTE

Location: Remote (PST preferred)

Compensation: 30–40 hours/week | $125/hour W-2
