Partner Marketing Manager, Reseller
The Sage Group’s client, a leading global commerce platform that empowers entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes to start, grow, and scale their operations is searching for a Partner Marketing Manager. We’re seeking a dynamic marketer with experience owning comarketing initiatives within the reseller and retail ecosystems, driving growth through strategic partnerships and compelling marketing initiatives.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive success across our retail and reseller channels. You will work closely with our partner ecosystem to create impactful campaigns, build strong relationships, and ensure mutual growth within the network. Your expertise in channel marketing, coupled with a strong understanding of the payments and POS space, will be a huge asset in helping us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Strategy & Management: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives with key retail and reseller partners to increase brand awareness, drive revenue, and support partner growth.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Design and implement joint marketing campaigns that align with partner objectives and target audience needs. Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle from concept to execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and content, to create resources, tools, and assets that support partner needs.
- Partner Enablement: Provide partners with training and enablement resources to effectively sell and market our client’s platform, including messaging, content, and best practices.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze partner performance and campaign effectiveness, using insights to optimize future initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, particularly in payments, POS systems, and retail technologies, to develop marketing strategies that resonate with partners and customers.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in channel or partner marketing, ideally with a focus on retail, resellers, or eCommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of payments, POS, and related technologies, ideally with hands-on experience in the space.
- Proven track record of managing co-marketing campaigns and successfully growing partner relationships.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with a keen focus on achieving business goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics.
- A collaborative and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
