One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst, strong with multi touch attribution models and dashboarding in B2B SaaS tech, with Snowflake and Looker. The client combines comprehensive cyber insurance coverage and security services to help businesses prevent digital risk before it strikes.
Primary Objectives:
- Multi-Touch Attribution Framework: Lead the development of a multi-touch attribution model that enables the marketing team to measure and optimize the impact of campaigns across the funnel. This includes working across Snowflake and Looker to define logic, transform data, and surface insights in executive-ready dashboards.
- Bridge Business and Data Requirements: Translate high-level marketing goals and business needs into technical specifications for data engineering and analytics implementation.
- On-Demand Reporting + Dashboard Support: Serve as a flex resource to support ad hoc data requests, reporting projects, and executive dashboards—especially during periods of high demand or team member absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain multi-touch attribution reporting in Snowflake and Looker.
- Document and align technical data logic with business objectives.
- Partner with marketers to define success metrics and build scalable, self-service dashboards.
- Audit and improve campaign ROI analysis, tying performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Support QBR preparation by managing campaign performance views and cohort reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years experience marketing analytics experience, designing and implementing multi-touch attribution models for enterprise B2B tech SaaS marketing organizations.
- 3-5 years experience with pipeline attribution, lead scoring, or GTM measurement.
- Experience with Snowflake, Looker (LookML) or Tableau worse case, and SQL is a plus.
- Background in mid-size to large companies, with an understanding of how to operationalize marketing data at scale.
- Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between marketing stakeholders and technical teams.
- Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and prioritize impact.
- Attribution, campaign performance measurement, and dashboard reporting are all high-visibility priorities with executive stakeholders.
- This contractor will lay the groundwork for scalable marketing analytics and potentially convert to a full-time role based on performance.
Location: 100% remote in USA
Duration: 6 months to start, plus extension and contract to hire potential
Compensation: $50-60/hour DOE
