Marketing Content Project Manager

One of the Sage Groups top clients is looking for a Marketing Content Project Manager to proactively drive global device product content marketing improvements. Setup workflows and communications flows and continually improve the process of content localization. The client is a leading American multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products that include online advertising technologies, search, cloud computing, and software.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage device Content Marketing Editorial Calendar and tracker.
• Manage localization process from content plans to briefs to execution.
• Manage production flows across different campaigns, with different owners, stakeholders, approvers.
• Work cross-functionally with regional stakeholders as well as marketing/campaigns/field/events to strategically flight and schedule content based on campaign launches, events, including digital events that our team contributes to (i.e. digital conferences/experiences).
• Support the team with best in class organization and process/project management leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree
• 4+ years experience project management around device product content production for a B2C tech company
• Demonstrated excellence in detailed production work, content marketing project management.
• Operations and project management experience, sharp attention to detail, excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle many stakeholders in a fast paced environment
• Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills with a high degree of analytical rigor, strategic mindset, and business acumen.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team, including editorial, social media, email marketing, paid media, events, and production.
• Comfortable or inspired by opportunities to lead and guide teams through process change, must be a task master
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working through it to find a process solution, must be solution minded and resourceful

Location: 100% remote in USA

Duration: EOY to start with extension potential

Compensation: $55-65 hour
