The Sage Groups’ client is seeking a Marketing and Brand Designer. In this role, you will be at the heart of creating and delivering eye-catching visual content across various platforms, including digital, print, motion, and experiential channels. Your designs will play a key role in promoting our products, with a particular emphasis on Loom, our AI-powered video messaging tool, all while staying true to our brand's style. You'll be part of Creative Studio, our in-house agency, where your mission is to forge a strong emotional connection between our brand and every team. You'll blend creativity with strategic insight, clearly explain your design choices, and manage multiple projects with ease.
Key Responsibilities: Concept & design:
- Translate briefs into compelling, on-brand graphics for campaigns, web, email, social, print, presentations, events, and motion.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing managers, content strategists, and external vendors; present work and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Production & delivery: Prepare final assets—optimized, annotated, and ready for development or print—while maintaining version control.
- Quality & consistency: Enforce brand guidelines; ensure every deliverable meets accessibility, technical, and style standards.
Required skills & qualifications:
- Software proficiency: Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Bonus: Keynote, Jira, Confluence.
- Media versatility: Expert-level execution in digital (web banners, social ads, email), print (brochures, posters), brand identity, and designing for motion (bonus).
- Creative problem solving: Develop innovative solutions to communications challenges.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; adept at presenting concepts and rationales.
- Organization & autonomy: Self-starter who manages time, priorities, and feedback loops effectively.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in design/related field, or equivalent training.
- 5+ years of professional marketing/design experience, preferably in agency or in-house marketing team.
- Relevant industry experience in software, technology, or a related sector.
