Integrated Marketing Program Manager
The Sage Group’s client, a well-respected collaboration software company, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead and manage complex, integrated marketing campaigns, sitting with the Performance Marketing Team. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving measurable outcomes.
You will collaborate across teams to coordinate efforts and optimize resources to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and support overall revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, content, email, social media, events, etc.) that support business goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including product marketing, demand generation, content, creative, performance marketing, and sales to ensure campaign consistency, alignment, and efficiency.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work closely with stakeholders to define objectives, target audience, key messages, and timelines.
- Project & Resource Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure deadlines are met, campaigns are delivered within scope, and resources are effectively utilized.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and success metrics for each campaign. Monitor performance, analyze results, and report on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders. Recommend and implement optimizations based on data.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in the campaign process and work cross-functionally to address them to keep campaigns on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign progress, updates, and results. Provide regular status reports and presentations to leadership and relevant teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine program processes to drive efficiencies, innovation, and better results. Implement best practices in integrated marketing and program management.
Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar marketing program manager role
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio (or similar tools) experience required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred.
This is a long-term contract (1 year)
$90 hourly, w-2
