One of The Sage Group’s top clients is looking for a Head of Marketing, strong with multi-channel demand generation, accustomed to providing excellent ROI results in the B2B tech space as a player/coach, successfully leading and developing a marketing team. Client is a full-cycle service provider that builds software R&D offices for US product tech companies in Eastern Europe and Latin America.
SCOPE OF DUTIES:
- Develop and execute a lead generation-focused marketing strategy
- Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, competitor insights, and customer needs
- Strengthen the company's brand identity to support lead generation efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Leverage digital marketing channels to drive high-quality leads
- Use analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies and report on key marketing KPls, with a focus on lead generation outcomes
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead on strategy implementation
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to ensure seamless execution of lead generation initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years in B2B marketing, especially within the service tech sector
- 10+ years leading multi-channel demand generation B2B tech marketing strategies, marketing automation, and pipeline management
- 5+ years in a senior player/coach B2B marketing role in tech
- Experience in AB testing and working with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude and/or others
- Expertise in creating compelling and consistent messaging for target audiences
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing ROI
Location: 100% remote in the USA, but must live in central or eastern time zones, with occasional travel to the Bay Area.
Duration: Fulltime employment
Compensation: base salary $168-192k plus bonus and stock options
