Global Reputation Communications Marketing Program / GTM Manager
The Sage Group’s Client, the World’s Largest Video Sharing Platform, is seeking a Contract Global Reputation Communications Marketing Program / GTM Manager for 1.5 years +.

We actively engage with policymakers and key opinion leaders, showcasing our commitment to responsibility through a portfolio of products and initiatives. We specifically focus on how these efforts benefit crucial audiences, including youth, parents, educators, and policy leaders.
Role Overview:
This role’s mission is to ensure the successful delivery of numerous initiatives by overseeing project management processes and best practices. As a member of the Global Reputation Marketing Team, you will play a key role in bringing new products to market, assisting Product Marketing Managers with asset development, and managing civics & reputational initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously while working with regional and local teams.
This role has a balanced focus, with a 50/50 split of a dedicated Program Manager for both our civics & reputational initiatives and in support of Global Product Marketing Managers. This ensures a strategic balance, allowing you to support high-impact projects for our civics & reputational work while providing direct support to Product Marketing Managers on key product launches, campaigns, and the development of assets.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Program Management: Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, execution, and risk management.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including local, regional, and global marketing teams, as well as other cross-functional (XFN) partners. Experience in navigating complex organizational structures and varying levels of preparedness among teams.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, managing all incoming inquiries and requests.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt to fluctuating workloads and unexpected requests. The candidate must be able to reallocate resources and manage overlapping deadlines effectively.
- Communication & Training: Experience in developing and delivering training materials, such as playbooks. The ability to clearly articulate complex processes and guidelines to different teams is crucial.
- Oversee the creative development + review process by acting as the liaison between internal teams and external agencies. Review and track creative briefs and assets to ensure they meet all requirements and are delivered on time.
- Facilitate regular meetings and briefings for regional and global teams, including scheduling, creating agendas, sending pre-reads, and distributing meeting notes and action items.
- Maintain and update centralized program documentation, such as a playbook or repository, to serve as a single source of truth for all stakeholders.
Specific Knowledge & Experience:
- Responsibility and Civics: A strong understanding of the dynamics of civics & reputational work and the importance of providing accurate, high-quality information. Prior experience in a role related to public interest, policy, or civic engagement is required.
- Technical Acumen: While not explicitly required, the candidate should be comfortable with and able to understand how different product features impact Call-To Action (CTA) destinations or creative execution.
- GTM Experience: Demonstrated experience in supporting the development and execution of go-to-market strategies. Proven ability to work alongside Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to produce and manage marketing assets for product launches and campaigns.
