One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for an Enterprise Product Marketing manager in the B2B SaaS/tech domain. The client is a leading vendor in the agile software development and IT space.
Client is looking for an experienced Executive Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic marketing initiatives with our executive-level customers to develop client’s perception as their strategic partner in solving their most pressing business challenges. As an Executive PMM, you will be responsible for developing CxO personas, creating compelling messaging and positioning, and building decision maker buyer journeys, and enabling our sales teams to effectively communicate the value of our products to executive audiences. You will work closely with the Brand, Demand Gen, Events, and Enterprise Sales teams.
As a Product Marketing Manager for the client Cloud Platform Apps, you’ll drive go-to-market strategy and adoption for some of client’s most critical products. Your work will empower customers to:
- Set and track OKRs in Goals
- Track the status of work in Projects
- Understand ownership and accountability in Teams
- Connect it all through a personalized Home app, with AI-powered recommendations for what to work on next.
You’ll shape messaging and positioning, influence product strategy, and lead adoption campaigns that connect these apps to customer value. You’ll also be responsible for creating thought leadership material positioned to an executive audience to increase the overall awareness and perception of the client Cloud Platform.
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop differentiated positioning and compelling messaging for client’s platform apps, rooted in customer needs and strategic insight
- Lead go-to-market efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Home and Teams.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Design to shape product strategy and roadmap prioritization
- Work cross-functionally with Field, Customer Success, and Lifecycle teams to create and scale adoption programs
- Develop customer-facing content including website copy, solution pages, in-product messaging, enablement decks, and launch assets
- Represent the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their journey, use cases, and pain points
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitive research to inform solution positioning and messaging.
- Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with executive audiences and differentiates our products in the market.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership pieces.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver impactful sales enablement materials, including training sessions, sales decks, and competitive battle cards.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with the Account Based Marketing team to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of client’s solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Support customer engagements by ensuring our exec briefing content repository is up to date and gather feedback.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on running campaigns to an executive audience, in B2B tech
- Must have experience with products like Jira, Confluence etc…
- Proven experience launching products or features and driving meaningful customer adoption
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker who can also dive into execution with strong writing and communication skills
- Experience working on horizontal product capabilities or platform experiences is a plus
- Bonus if you’ve worked on goal-setting, team management, or work visualization tools
- Stakeholder management, executive presence, project management
Duration: 12 months with potential extension and contract to hire
Location: 100% remote in USA, but must live in PT or MT locations
Compensation: $85hr -98.00hr
