Associate Brand Marketing Manager

About the Role:
- The Ads co-marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow our co-marketing opportunities with our leading enterprise restaurant merchant partners.
- In this role, you’ll create and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns built against both our enterprise restaurant partners goals and client’s goals.
- You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure we are maximizing client value from our partner relationships, with marketing that drives our partner’s business forward and serves our audiences.

- You will report into a Senior Manager on our Co-marketing team within our Ads Marketing organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the development and execution of integrated co-marketing programs and campaigns, from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting
- Project manage all aspects of a campaign across internal teams of Sales, Marketing including Creative, Paid Media, Social, and Operations Develop and maintain campaign documentation including campaign overviews, internal and external calendars and status documents for cross functional and merchant partner reference
- Own the preparation and execution of campaign tactics: intake forms, briefs, planning documents, etc.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance and create regular internal and partner-facing campaign performance read-outs
- Assist in budget tracking and spend analysis, including preparing accruals and maintaining pacing in spend and expense
- Work closely with internal marketing teams to integrate enterprise restaurant partners into client owned brand and media campaigns
- Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, and drive results
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
- 3+ years’ experience in Marketing either at a consumer brand, tech company or integrated agency
- Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals through marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading cross functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints
- Strong organization skills - you can efficiently manage 3-6 campaigns and promotions at the same time
- A knack for self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment
- A strong creative mind and attention to detail
- Data fluency - you’re able to validate impact and inform plans
Duration: 2-6 months to start
Location: 100% remote
Compensation: $36-46 hour
