They seek a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead their expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention across B2B (schools, districts, state agencies, federal contracts) and B2C channels.
The Director of Sales and Marketing will build and manage a high-performing team, including Sales Account Executives, SDRs and growth marketing professionals, while also taking ownership of selling and closing a personal book of business.

They provide assessments, analytics, and online instruction to assist students struggling in math, reading, and English Language (EL/ ESL). They improve student outcomes through deep analyses of student skill deficits, differentiated lessons, and live online small group personalized instruction either during the school day or after school. Intervene K-12’s programs have served over 30,000 students and have made a significant impact on economically disadvantaged students.
