The Redesign Group is expanding its Product Design squad to support a rapidly growing innovation group responsible for creating highly personalized digital experiences.
This includes the development of our new Redesign Portal, a complete digital transformation platform focused on increasing the velocity of value creation for employees, partners, and customers.
As a Senior UX/UI Designer within the Product Design squad, you'll report to the Chief Innovation Officer within the Customer Experience Design & Innovation division of Redesign. You'll collaborate with a team of 35+ cross functional resources ranging from Business Stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, Software Developers, Platform & Data Service Engineers, IT Operations and Security.
The Redesign Portal will include a variety of application modules, including web, desktop and mobile application use cases in addition to accelerating our use of AI engines to service internal users and external service delivery.
Within the Customer Experience Design & Innovation division, you'll have an opportunity to blend human centric design with the most emerging technology capabilities - ensuring that digital transformation leads to human potential.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with over 10 years of experience to join our growing product design team. This is a fully remote role suited for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of building and optimizing SaaS products in the technology sector. You will lead the end-to-end design process—blending service design, user research, design systems, UX strategy, and high-fidelity visual design—to deliver intuitive, impactful, and user-centered solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute design initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct and apply design research to inform service and product strategies.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that align with both user needs and business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
- Use tools such as Figma for design and prototyping, and Jira for task and sprint management.
- Facilitate workshops, user testing sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
- Champion accessibility, usability, and brand cohesion across all design outputs.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with significant contributions to SaaS products.
- Expertise across service design, design research, UX design, visual design, and design systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centric solutions across complex applications.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience collaborating in cross-functional sprints.
- Mastery of Figma for design and prototyping; fluency with Jira for Agile workflow and sprint collaboration.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously in a distributed team across time zones.
- Must be located in the US, Canada, the UK, or France and legally authorized to work in either of those countries.

- Experience building UX/UI workflows for AI native applications
- Experience designing for multi-platform products (web, mobile, responsive).
