We’re now hiring a Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist to build and scale the systems behind this promise. You’ll own onboarding workflows, outbound campaign configuration, CRM processes, and technical delivery infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, automation, and systems, especially if you’ve worked in a lead gen agency, startup, or marketing ops role and are hungry to own real outcomes.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for turning client goals into actionable systems, owning technical onboarding, campaign configuration, CRM workflow automation, and internal tooling. You'll also support sales and delivery by building scalable infrastructure that ensures every client launches fast, sees results, and stays long-term.
This is an operationally critical role: you’ll bridge strategy and execution across GTM, helping us scale a lean, high-impact growth engine.
What You’ll Do
Technical Onboarding & Campaign Setup
- Own the onboarding and technical implementation of new client campaigns
- Translate campaign strategy into briefs, targeting logic, and email infrastructure
- Set up tools and automations to ensure launch readiness within days, not weeks
GTM Systems & Infrastructure
- Design and maintain workflows across tools like Instantly, HubSpot, Notion, and Zapier
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track pipeline velocity and campaign performance
- Spot friction in the lead-to-live process and improve operational flow
Pre-Sales & Internal Enablement
- Support the sales team in scoping campaigns and translating offers into deliverable specs
- Advise on ICP targeting, data sourcing, and message-market fit
- Act as the go-to technical voice across onboarding, delivery, and leadership
Cross-Functional Delivery Support
- Troubleshoot delivery bottlenecks and propose scalable fixes
- Build reusable assets (templates, briefs, systems) that reduce manual input across teams
- Report on system performance and launch velocity to ensure SLA adherence
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a GTM, SalesOps, RevOps, or ProductOps role in a B2B startup, SaaS, or agency
- Strong technical ability with tools like HubSpot, Instantly, ClickUp, Notion, Zapier, Make, or similar
- Ability to turn business needs into clear specs, automations, and deliverables
- Commercial awareness, comfortable thinking about outcomes, not just tasks
- Clear written communicator who can document processes and brief internal teams
- Bonus: experience with outbound email infrastructure (e.g. DNS setup, inbox management)
Compensation
- Competitive base salary based on experience
- Performance-based bonus tied to onboarding speed, system uptime, and campaign success rates

Your First 6 Months
Month 1:
Audit our current GTM stack and workflows. Take over technical onboarding and own the launch of 3+ new clients.
Month 3:
- Implement new workflow automations, launch dashboards, and reduce average onboarding time by 30–50%.
Month 6:
- Own end-to-end GTM systems. Deliver process improvements across sales, delivery, and client onboarding at scale.
