We are searching for a dedicated, energetic, goal-oriented Marketing Director to help us devise an effective nonprofit marketing strategy and manage our nonprofit initiatives and build a team of volunteers to accomplish them. You will be in charge of
developing creative tactics to reach our audience by designing public programs and events, contacting outreach organizations, and guiding our advertisement campaign.
The ideal candidate should know how to build and manage a nonprofit marketing team and improve awareness of our company.
Your responsibility is to identify opportunities for online traffic growth, set organizational objectives, and organize promotional and fundraising activities. Exceptional time-management and problem-solving abilities are a big asset. You are also expected
to possess a superb grip on spoken and written English to ensure smooth, error-free communication with our users.
In the long run, our goal is to grow our brand, attract new donors, especially monthly donors, and attract business partners and corporate sponsors. You will help us facilitate this by managing community outreach programs, maintaining our social media presence,
and contacting our supporters.
Responsibilities
Devising an effective nonprofit marketing and promotion strategy

Overseeing content production to ensure messaging consistency
Creating and managing our marketing budget from our extremely limited resources to ensure maximum cost-efficiency
Contacting our supporters via email and social media
Developing a team of volunteers to accomplish strategic goals
Requirements
Credible work experience
Portfolio of successful marketing/branding projects
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to maintain effective communication within the organization, the supported families, and supporters
Familiarity with current nonprofit marketing and fundraising practices
Fluent in spoken and written English
