INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER – STRATEGY
The Influencer Marketing Manager is the strategic driver behind high-impact influencer marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll take ownership of brand strategy—developing innovative, data-backed approaches to amplify a brand’s presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding brands in making smart, effective influencer partnerships that align with their overall marketing goals.
This is a client-facing, strategy-heavy role, where you’ll lead conversations, provide expert recommendations, and proactively refine campaign strategies to ensure success. You’ll leverage performance data, industry trends, and platform insights to continuously optimize influencer marketing efforts. With a deep understanding of both brand objectives and the evolving creator landscape, you'll ensure each campaign delivers measurable impact and long-term growth.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media partnerships, with a proven track record of developing strategy and guiding brand success
Strong client management and leadership skills, with experience leading strategic discussions and recommendations
Deep knowledge of influencer marketing best practices and platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts
A data-driven mindset, using performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize campaigns
Creative and critical thinking skills to identify new opportunities for brand growth in the influencer space
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients, influencers, and internal teams
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Trello)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, U.S.-based full-time role
