We are Happy Santa, a part of TOP.co dedicated to building experimental and innovative projects on the Telegram Mini App and Bot platform. Our portfolio includes Getgems, the leading NFT marketplace on TON, games with over 10M+ active gamers, and numerous experiments that shaped our expertise.

While our core focus is Web3 development, we also venture into Web2 projects on Telegram’s Mini Apps and Bot platform.

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and launch exciting new projects.

Core Responsibilities:

• Launch and rapidly iterate new B2C products from scratch.
• Set up and optimize paid performance marketing campaigns to efficiently acquire and grow user base.
• Establish and manage partnerships with Telegram influencers and channels.
• Independently create and test marketing creatives, proactively driving product promotion.
• Analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights for maximum effectiveness and audience scaling.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in performance marketing, specifically traffic acquisition and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of calculating and analyzing CAC and LTV.
• Knowledge and experience implementing viral growth strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer and Telegram channel partnerships.
• Proactive approach, rapid hypothesis testing skills, and ability to defend decisions based on data.
