Key Responsibilities

• Customer-Centric Design: Conduct user interviews and usability testing to deeply understand customer needs and pain points.
• UX Improvement: Address UX debt and simplify user journeys to enhance usability - without a full platform redesign.
• Onboarding & Flows: Lead improvements in in-product onboarding and user flows to drive engagement and adoption.
• AI-Driven Product Design: Design for trust, transparency, and usability in AI-powered enterprise applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver practical, elegant solutions.
• Continuous Impact: Contribute to ongoing discussions about future product direction, including potential redesigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

• 3–5 years in UX design, preferably within SaaS or enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated success working in early-stage, fast-moving, or startup settings (non negotiable).

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX process and workshop facilitation.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Strong, user-focused UX sense (visual design is a plus, but not the primary focus).

• Hands-on experience with customer interviews and usability testing.

• Interest in, or experience with, AI-powered product design.

• Personal Attributes:

• Humble, adaptable, and collaborative.

• Comfortable mentoring less-experienced team members.
