Job Description
The Email and CRM Marketing Specialist for Marketing and Strategic Communications in the Office of Strategic Enrollment Management develops targeted email marketing journeys and campaigns for audiences including but not limited to prospective and admitted students, enrolled students and their families using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Works in the development of automated and multi-step email and sms journeys and creates filtered data extensions of intended audiences. Collaborates in the development of complex journeys, reports and campaigns for events, orientation and other various journeys related to admissions communications. Works with systems staff to monitor and create efficiencies in Salesforce CRM when needed and work with clients that frequently load data to the CRM to ensure the data is loaded properly. As a journey developer, maintains and strategically schedules email sends around other University sends. Creates and manages reports and dashboards for clients in Salesforce CRM. Extracts and writes analytical reports on email campaigns, journeys, admissions and event performance. Assists in developing/maintaining email communication flows with clients. Advocates for use of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud across University and with clients and assists in training as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Duties/Responsibilities

20% Creates and manages reports and dashboards for clients in Salesforce CRM. Extracts and writes analytical reports on email campaigns, journeys, admissions and event performance.
10% Assists in developing/maintaining email communication flows with clients. Advocates for use of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud across University and with clients and assists in training as needed.

5% Other Duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required.
Desired: Experience using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
