Responsibilities:
The Account Manager, Influencer Marketing plays a key role in delivering end-to-end campaign success for our clients. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, this role is responsible for managing all aspects of influencer programs, from identification and vetting to procurement, negotiation, contracting, and execution while ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, flawlessly delivered, and driving measurable impact.
Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial identification to final reporting.
Identify, vet, and select influencers that align with client goals, campaign briefs, and brand guidelines.
Lead influencer procurement and negotiations, securing optimal deal structures and value for clients.
Oversee influencer contracting, briefing, and onboarding, ensuring clear expectations and compliance.
Act as day-to-day point of contact for influencers and talent reps, managing communication and deliverables.
Monitor campaign progress, track performance, and coordinate content reviews/approvals.
Collaborate closely with the Client Services and Strategy teams to ensure campaigns ladder up to broader client objectives.
Support post-campaign analysis and reporting, highlighting learnings, ROI, and optimization opportunities.
Maintain a pulse on influencer trends, talent categories, and social platform shifts to inform recommendations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns across the US and Canadian markets.
Proven track record of end-to-end campaign execution, including influencer identification, vetting, procurement, negotiation, briefing, contracting, and reporting.
Established relationships with major digital talent representation firms and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with talent managers and agents.
Strong knowledge of influencer tiers (nano to mega), platform-specific best practices (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and emerging creator trends.
Experience working with enterprise and Fortune 500 brands across diverse industries (CPG, retail, entertainment, lifestyle, etc.).
Proficiency with influencer discovery, vetting, and campaign management tools
Highly organized with excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, influencers, and partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into insights and optimizations.
