Hi, I’m Claudia. I run Negotiation Academy, providing online and in-person negotiation training for lawyers. I’m looking for a highly reliable, proactive Executive Assistant / right-hand to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help me move faster.
Responsibilities
- Inbox + calendar management (Gmail/Google Calendar): triage, draft replies, follow-ups, scheduling, reminders
- Social + newsletter support: draft posts, schedule content, send newsletters (LinkeIn and Kajabi)
- Business development support: follow-ups with leads/partners, light CRM updates, keeping threads moving
- Admin/logistics: travel bookings, appointment coordination, tracking to-dos and deadlines

- Are a self-starter who can make good decisions without constant instructions (no micromanaging)
- Are extremely organized, punctual, and detail-obsessed (spelling/formatting matters in my industry)
- Learn new tools quickly and proactively improve systems
- Are coachable, high standards, and think ahead (“what’s coming next?”)
Skills & experience
- Business-level written English
- 3+ years experience as an EA (or similar ops/admin role)
Contract + compensation
Freelance role starting at ~15 hours/week, with plan to increase. Pay is based on experience. Typical range USD 10-25$/hour. Please include your package and hourly rate in the application.
Working hours
Fully remote. Required overlap: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–12:00pm Singapore time (SGT) to begin with. Additional work can be completed flexibly, hours/week depending on workload.
Goal is to expand those hours over time as you become able to take over more and more of my tasks.
