The Moonlighters specializes in performance marketing for 7-figure ecommerce brands, adept at transforming them into 8-figure powerhouses. We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Process Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Working closely with the CEO to align with the company's strategy you will create, execute, control and optimize internal business processes streamlining, supporting and improving client onboarding and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization’s operational processes
- Design and implement process improvement strategies
- Manage process documentation and prepare detailed standard operating procedures (SOP’s), and reports on the efficiency of the processes through Collaboration with department managers to develop business process models and performance metrics
- Analyze business requirements and customer needs
- Monitor and measure the continious effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent outcomes
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
- Implement change management processes
- Train staff on new processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management within a digital marketing agency or e-commerce space.
- Deep understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify campaign structures.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
- Proven success in a similar role where business growth was the key driver of the role requirement.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate, design, and optimize processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills to lead teams, supervise work, and manage resources efficiently.
- Proficient in using process mapping tools and software for better visualization and understanding of complex processes.
- Exceptional communication skills for clearly conveying process changes, improvements, and strategies to team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues within processes and implement effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented nature to monitor process outcomes, ensure quality control, and make necessary adjustments.
- Strong knowledge of project management to oversee process improvement projects from conception to implementation.
- Ability to handle stress and make decisions under pressure, especially during process-related emergencies or disruptions.
Desirable qualifications:
Certification in PMP, CCPP or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
