We are seeking an IT Implementation Engineer on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote for candidates based in EST.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of technology, coordinating voice services for branch locations. Your responsibilities will encompass: Coordinating the provisioning of telephony, fax, and alarm services; and collaborating with third-party vendors to ensure smooth installation of new services and disconnection of old services.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, coordination and communication skills, an understanding of voice and data services, a proactive approach to meeting branch needs, and be able to collaborate effectively with third-party partners.
Areas of Impact: Sets day-to-day objectives and delivers job responsibilities that may vary outside typical norms or practices. Work independently and may be required to apply discretion within established operational boundaries and procedures.
Problem Solving: Problems and issues faced often need analysis to understand. Checks and makes minor adjustments to work methods to solve problems that may not be immediately evident in existing work processes and systems. However, may have references or help form norms and/or standard procedures to solve these problems (e.g., operating manuals, ability to discuss in teams, or escalate issues to manager).
The role is similar to a project manager but does not require PMP certification. It involves placing orders, organizing multiple projects, coordinating, and facilitating communication. The role involves dealing with project managers, branch associates, and external vendors, requiring the candidate to understand and communicate effectively with all parties.
