We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% Remote
Responsibilities
_CXO Engagement & Event Execution
_
- Partner with Sales Leaders to develop and execute high-impact CXO engagement events that drive meaningful conversations and pipeline acceleration.
- Own end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, speaker coordination, agenda planning, and follow-up strategies.
- Measure and report on event effectiveness, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
_Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Program Management
_
- Collaborate with the ABM Marketing Team to design and execute targeted campaigns for top-tier accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales to define target accounts, engagement strategies, and customized marketing approaches.
- Drive personalized messaging, content, and offers tailored to individual customer accounts, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Track, measure, and optimize ABM program performance using data-driven insights.
_Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
_
- Work closely with Sales, US Segment Marketing, and Product Demand Marketing teams to align CXO engagement and ABM efforts.
- Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing experiences.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive engagement with key accounts.
_Execution & Administrative Management
_
- Perform event set-up tasks include PO creation, contract execution, budget tracking, new vendor onboarding, InfoSec review, and payment processing.
- Ability to proactively work independently with vendors and develop relevant action plan by event.
- Manage event logistics including shipping of materials, set-up, ordering of onsite services, catering, transportation and food vouchers, staffing requirements, and communications.
- Create event campaigns in Salesforce in accordance with standards and ensure all leads uploaded within SLA post-event.
- Work closely with Sales Leaders and Account Executives to track engagement, optimize outreach, and accelerate pipeline progression.
- Coordinate with creative teams, content writers, and digital marketers to develop high-impact ABM assets.
_Others

- Support field marketers in executing programs by fulfilling a variety of tasks to support regional demand generation opportunities and logistics to ensure programs are on track and on time.
- Event set-up tasks include opening PO’s, contract execution, tracking budget, new vendor workings, InfoSec review, ensuring payments, and more and effectively reporting back to the team.
- Ability to proactively work independently with vendors and develop an action plan complete with deadline dates and owners to ensure every event is executed flawlessly.
- Event logistics to include shipping of materials, set-up, ordering of onsite services, recommending and ordering catering, transportation and food vouchers, staffing requirements and communications and more.
- Creating campaigns in Salesforce in accordance with standards and ensuring all leads uploaded within SLA post-event.
- Working closely with sales to provide regular registration status updates to ensure targets are met, alert key stakeholders on key event workings, lead follow up and more.
- Research promotional items and manage swag inventories including shipping to events.
- Research sponsorship and experience opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on event program results and learnings for digital activities and events and aggregate results weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic field marketing organization that partners directly with sales.
- High level of attention to detail on programs
- Ability to do imports and exports utilizing Salesforce; looking for a data savy individual
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, event management, and ABM, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities and last minute changes
- Experience in Salesforce.com, other martech tools including Knak and Splash a plus
- Experience working in Googlesheets
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with proven ability to project manage multiple projects at once and keep the team informed of status
- Self starter with a positive attitude who can prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented, environment, with excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail, while maintaining an eye on the big picture
- Insightful focus on scale and efficiency
- Willingness to take on additional tasks and roles with a "can-do" attitude
- Contractor position with possibility to convert to permanent.
- Strong understanding of marketing best practices, demand generation, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proven experience managing high-profile events and CXO engagement programs.
- Understanding of ABM strategies, execution, and personalized marketing approaches.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track pipeline impact and report on key marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong experience working closely with senior leaders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
