Already used by major companies and small factories in Japan, we're expanding to the U.S. and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural and tech stack decisions for a rapidly growing backend system
• Build scalable, maintainable backend applications
• Align product development with business strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver large-scale features and services

Must-Have Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading backend architecture and tech selection
• Track record of solving delivery challenges in product or project contexts
• Business-level fluency in Japanese (e.g., JLPT N2 or equivalent work experience)

➕ Nice-to-Haves

• Backend development experience with statically typed languages (Rust / TypeScript)
• Experience with Docker-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to DDD, microservices, or complex system design
• Experience leading agile development / introducing Scrum
• Business-level English is a plus
