Social Media Manager

WE’RE HIRING: REMOTE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day management and strategic direction of a dedicated client account.

This role is for someone who can manage social media end-to-end while also bringing strong strategic thinking, creative ideas, relevant references and a clear understanding of what works across different platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

•⁠ ⁠Managing the day-to-day social media presence of a dedicated client account

•⁠ ⁠Developing, curating, and managing monthly content calendars

•⁠ ⁠Brainstorming creative concepts, campaigns, and content ideas

•⁠ ⁠Researching strong creative, visual, and cultural references

•⁠ ⁠Developing content ideas and copy for posts, Reels, Stories and other formats

•⁠ ⁠Creating engaging day-to-day and ad hoc Stories

•⁠ ⁠Scheduling and publishing content

•⁠ ⁠Managing communities, comments and audience engagement

•⁠ ⁠Identifying relevant trends and opportunities for the brand

•⁠ ⁠Working with designers and creatives to bring content ideas to life

•⁠ ⁠Reviewing performance and using insights to continuously improve content

•⁠ ⁠Proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen the client’s social presence

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

•⁠ ⁠3–4 years of relevant social media experience

•⁠ ⁠Excellent written and spoken English

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats

•⁠ ⁠Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn objectives into social media ideas

•⁠ ⁠A strong creative eye and ability to source relevant references

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and ad hoc requirements

•⁠ ⁠Proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment

ROLE DETAILS

📍 Fully remote

🕗 Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM UAE time

💼 Full-time
