Senior UX/UI Designer (Gen-AI Startup)

We're supporting a recently funded startup in stealth mode that's looking to build an AI-driven tool that will redefine a pain point in the web creative space. We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who thrives in early-stage environments and can collaborate in the development of an end-to-end scalable, customer-facing platform. We need someone who understands both product design and web design aesthetics at the highest level.

Main goals we envision for this role:

• Creating standardized design systems and palettes ensuring output sites are [consistently] visually appealing.
• Defining user experience for chat-based and manual editing flows.
• Developing template libraries and/or design frameworks to guide AI.
• Collaborating with ML engineer to inform design heuristics and “visual appeal” scoring.
• Ensuring the platform's UX/UI is intuitive for non-technical users.

Requirements:

• Design degree from a top school (Ivy, RISD, or equivalent) [Client's Requirement]
• Experience at a leading design-forward company or agency. [Client's Requirement]
• Mastery of Figma, Sketch, and design system creation.
• Strong eye for typography, color theory, modern layouts.
• Contract-based, autonomous worker, available EST.
