Job Summary:
The chosen candidate will assume responsibility for the formulation and execution of marketing strategies while upholding the company’s maxim of innovation through creativity.
The job includes prospecting new client opportunities while maintaining quality relationships with existing clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain a successful brand image that attracts both new and existing clients.
- Develop and manage a fresh marketing strategy.
- Proactively cultivate client relationships and keep them informed of current projects, successes, and company news through blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Research competitors to stay informed about similar services in the market. Collaborate with our PR firm to effectively promote press releases and other related marketing materials in both print and digital media.
- Ensure that the website remains up-to-date and includes project news and updates. Attend agency and trade conferences to represent the firm and identify new opportunities.
- Identify and implement an effective Client Relations Management System to integrate project data and enhance marketing efficiencies.
Experience Guidelines:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred, with at least 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in the design or architectural industry.
- Highly assertive with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, along with basic graphic design skills for creating marketing materials.
- Ability to write and develop systems and proposals for new marketing workflows.
