Graphic / Brand Designer

The McBride Company is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The Sr. Designer will be vital in delivering innovative and high-quality ​branding and graphic design concepts for our diverse list of internationally renowned clients. Partnering closely with the project team, this position is responsible for establishing and developing compelling visual concepts and representations for a wide range of hospitality, retail, and entertainment projects

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors
• Proven ability to develop original, brand-aligned visual concepts across print, digital, and environmental mediums
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding systems
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including interior designers, architects, and strategists
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions
• Experience with signage and mural design is a plus
• Experience is experiential design is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions
• Develop brand identities, logos, signage, environmental graphics, and collateral for hospitality and lifestyle projects
• Create compelling visual narratives and concept presentations for client meetings
• Translate complex project briefs into clear, visually engaging design outcomes
• Lead the production of high-quality design deliverables from concept through completion
• Present work internally and externally with clarity and confidence
• Stay current on design trends, materials, and technology relevant to branding and experiential design
