Growth Marketing Lead, APAC | Luxury Travel

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a commercially driven Growth Marketing Lead with a sharp understanding of omni-channel marketing to lead customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty at every stage of the guest journey. This role is rooted in using data to uncover user and channel insights, transforming them into growth initiatives that improve CPL, conversion rates, CAC, and overall ROAS. You’ll own and optimise our key performance indicators across both owned and paid channels — from paid media to CRM, lifecycle marketing, and SEO. This includes managing agency partners while collaborating closely with in-house creative, guest experience, and product teams to deliver measurable, sustainable growth.

This hybrid strategic-execution role is perfect for a commercially driven marketer who thrives on measurable impact, is technically adept, and is eager to shape how data, AI, automation, and marketing technology are leveraged to drive scalable growth in the luxury travel space.

Note: This role currently has no direct reports but will manage external agency partners and collaborate cross-functionally with in-house teams across APAC markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CRM Strategy and Execution

  • Own and future-proof the end-to-end CRM strategy, supporting lead nurturing, guest retention, loyalty, and re-engagement across key markets.
  • Design, build, and optimise automated lifecycle journeys (welcome flows, lead nurture, booking confirmation, pre-arrival, post-stay feedback, winback flows).
  • Develop and implement personalised segmentation strategies for timely, relevant, high-converting messaging via email, SMS, and other direct channels.
  • Lead the production and execution of weekly newsletters, property announcements, exclusive offers, and seasonal promotions.
  • Manage loyalty and referral programs, identifying new opportunities to strengthen guest relationships and drive repeat bookings.
  • Continuously explore AI-driven personalisation and predictive analytics to enhance CRM workflows.

2. Paid Media Oversight

  • Manage performance marketing agencies (Paid Social and Paid Search), providing clear briefs, KPIs, and ongoing strategic direction.
  • Collaborate on audience targeting, creative briefs, and campaign messaging to align with brand tone and lifecycle stage.
  • Review and challenge media plans to ensure high-quality lead generation and strong ROI.
  • Evaluate emerging ad tech and AI campaign tools to maintain a competitive edge.

3. SEO Oversight

  • Manage SEO strategy in partnership with agency teams, providing direction on content, keyword strategies, and site optimisation.
  • Monitor organic performance and regularly review recommendations to align with business goals.
  • Identify and test new opportunities to enhance organic search visibility for niche travel segments.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Own reporting across CRM, Paid Media, and SEO, measuring and optimising campaign effectiveness (open rates, CTRs, conversions, retention, ROAS, CPA, SEO KPIs).
  • Build and maintain insights dashboards to clearly communicate results and opportunities to the wider business.
  • Adopt a continuous test-and-learn approach to drive incremental growth in both acquisition and retention.
  • Apply marketing attribution models to better inform budget allocation and campaign strategy.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with marketing, reservations, guest experience, and product teams to ensure a seamless, cohesive guest journey.
  • Work alongside creative and content teams to maintain messaging and design consistency across all channels.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on growth marketing best practices, fostering a data-driven, customer-first culture.
  • Well-versed in creative optimisation to enhance performance outcomes without compromising brand storytelling.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, performance marketing, and growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing CRM strategy and executing lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Hands-on experience overseeing or directly managing paid media (social, search) and SEO campaigns.
  • Strong technical understanding of marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, Hubspot), paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills; fluent in Google Analytics, attribution tools, CRM and paid media reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation, personalisation, and media optimisation.
  • Strong creative and brand sensitivity — able to balance commercial outcomes with luxury brand storytelling.
  • Organised, relentlessly proactive, and energized by working across diverse teams, markets, and time zones.
  • Highly collaborative, commercially minded, and constantly curious.
  • English fluency required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s a bonus.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices.
  • Experience managing agency partners for paid media and SEO is desirable.
