About You

You’re a passionate, entrepreneurial marketing professional ready to make a meaningful impact. You have a strategic mindset and the hands-on ability to achieve your vision. You combine creative insight with analytical thinking to drive measurable results. You’re looking to take your 5+ years of varied marketing experience to an organization whose mission is to make the world a safer place.

As Marketing Manager, you will oversee and execute marketing initiatives that advance our firm’s objectives and strengthen our position within the legal industry. You connect strategy with action – planning, coordinating, and implementing campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, and enhance our brand presence. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, firm leadership, and external partners to bring ideas to life across various marketing channels.

What You Will Do in This Role:

  • Execute marketing strategies and budget in alignment with firm leadership’s direction and goals.
  • Plan and coordinate projects and campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Manage the firm’s online presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media.
  • Develop, edit, and organize marketing content, including newsletters, articles, event materials, and design assets.
  • Contribute to the development of new marketing ideas, systems, and best practices to support firm growth.
  • Track campaign performance and share clear, actionable insights with leadership.
  • Maintain and improve the firm’s brand consistency and visual identity.
  • Manage attorney speaking engagements, maintain professional profiles and marketing assets, including event submissions, bios, headshots, and CVs.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and leadership on thought-leadership and community engagement initiatives.
  • Work with outside vendors, designers, and agencies to meet project goals.
  • Support the Intake team with lead-generation efforts and reporting and own direct mail processes.
  • Help manage internal marketing staff and coordinate their work.
  • Maintain the firm’s marketing systems and tools (CRM, automation, analytics).

Basic Qualifications

•       5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.

•       Experience managing staff, vendors, and cross-functional projects.

•       Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

•       Excellent writing and communication skills.

•       Strong analytical and organizational skills.

•       Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to the firm’s mission.

•       Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the team.
